During the training workshop, Provincial Agrarian Reform Officer II Eberardo N. Erispe talked on personal development for a successful performance, as means of motivating and inspiring the DFs to be more effective and efficient in their work performance in the field.
On the other hand, Sally A. Ortega, Chief of the Beneficiaries Development Coordination Division (BDCD), reiterated that more challenging task is in store for the DAR to foster the implementation of CARP, more so that this has been extended for another 5 years with reforms by virtue of the newly signed law called Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program Extension with Reforms (CARPER) or RA 9700.
