ARBOld Move to Fight COVID 19

Despite the limited resources, one cooperative in Barbaza, Antique have gone out of their way to extend help to the barangay amid the COVID19 situation.

The Barbaza Farmers Irrigators Inc. (BFIA, Inc), one of the ARBO assisted by the Department of Agrarian Reform in the Province of Antique,  has distributed cash to 12 barangays and a sack of rice to the Municipal Police station in the municipality of Barbaza, Antique.

This is their way of appreciating  the effort of the frontliners, who are working hard to keep the people in the barangay  healthy and safe in this tough time and putting their lives on the line.

With meager resources, they still managed to share something for the people who are safeguarding the community and the residents. Indeed an “ARBOld Move to Fight COVID 19”.

BFIA is one of the successful farmer beneficiaries organization (ARBO) assisted by the Department of Agrarian Reform Antique with 708 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries with a  total land area of 706.535 has. acquired under Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).
