Land Acquisition and Distribution
   
    Bulacan's total LAD accomplishment as of May 2009 is 47,470 hectares with 34,683 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.  55 % of this is from the Landed Estate areas of San Ildefonso and San Rafael and 31 % from OLT Areas, mostly in the northernmost towns of Bulacan. 

    San Miguel has the most number of private agricultural lands (PAL) and it contributed to 25 % of Bulacan's total LAD accomplishment. 41,082 hectares or 87.7 % of the distributed lands are planted with rice and corn.   More...
    The Support Services Program of the Department of Agrarian Reform is anchored on the Medium Term Development Plan of the government.  Under the ARC strategy, 1959 ARCs were launched nationwide, 30 of which are in Bulacan.  Two of the province's Agrarian Reform Communities (ARC) are Strategic Agrarian Reform Areas (SARA) in Bulacan.  Out of the 568 barangays of the province, 115 are under the ARC Development Program.  In the province, the total land acquisition and distribution working scope in ARCs is 15,933.0721 hectares which is 31.61 % of the total regional scope of 50,398 has.  More...
Agrarian Legal Assistance
   
    DAR-Bulacan has a high resolution of cases with ALI over 80 % and mediation almost 100 %.  There are 179 ALA cases mostly below one (1) year to more than two (2) years pending as of year ending CY2008.  Eighty-eightpercent or 151 of those are quasi-judicial cases.  These are mostly tenancy relations, leashold, ejectment and maintenance of peaceful position.
