SurSur town receives P48M DAR project

piaTANDAG CITY, Surigao del Sur, January 12 (PIA) – Tagbina mayor Generoso Naraiso had recently expressed his gratitude to the Aquino administration thru the Department of Agrarian Reform’s (DAR’s) initiative citing the support services to the constituents of the said town in Surigao del Sur.

Four deserving barangays reportedly have benefited the farm to market road and bridges project implemented, namely: Ugoban, Sta Juana, Sta maria and Dona Carmen all of USSAD ARC (Ugoban, Sta. Juana,Sta. Maria and Dona Carmen- Agrarian Reform Community) of the said municipality.

Report said, the P48 Million worth of farm to market road and two bridges funded under the Agrarian Reform Infrastructure Support Project (ARISP III) recently turned-over to Surigao del Sur farmer beneficiaries in Tagbina town.

Present during the turned-over ceremonial conducted were DAR-Caraga staff representatives, provincial agrarian reform officer Benjamin Mataksil, Department of Public Works and Highways representatives, mayor Naraiso, provincial/municipal LGU staff representatives and barangay officials.
