Malacañang: SONA no link to Luisita land distribution

Malacanang said Friday the distribution of Hacienda Luisita—the sugar estate of the family of President Benigno Aquino III—had not been timed to be included in the good news to be reported in his fourth State-of-the-Nation Address on Monday.
