The Second Batch of WEB Development Training was conducted last March 1 - 5, 2010 at DAR Regional Training Center by the DAR Central Office WEB Team headed by PARO I Jaimes Ponce. Shown in the picture is Director Bañares giving a challenge to the participants. The different Provincial Agrarian Reform Officers will serve as panelist during the critiquing. The DAR Regional Office VIII. WEB Site will be formally introduced with in this month.
