Mindanao Bishops-Legislators' Forum. Most Rev. Antonio Ledesma of the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro and Most Rev. Honesto Pacana of the Diocese of Malaybalay reiterate the CBCP's support for the extension of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Pprogram (CARP) with reforms during the recently-concluded Mindanao Bishops-Legislators' Forum last Nov. 14 in Cagayan de Oro. The participants included POs, NGOs, PARCCOM, DAREA and DAR officials from Regions 9,10, 11, 12 and Caraga. Secretary Nasser C. Pangandaman was represented by Regional Director Faisar Mambuay (not in picture) in the forum.

Blood-letting activity. The Department of Agrarian Reform, Provincial Office of Agusan del Norte and the Bombo Radio Butuan, joined hands in conducting blood-letting activity as part of its community outreach program held at Capitol Training Center on November 8, 2008. (SCBI) holds signing of Memorandum of Understanding for the Sugarcane Bio-EProject (Sugarcane Production for Bioenergy) in November 6, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
