The Agrarian Reform Capacity Development Service (ARCDS) believes in the power of information technology and the need to be updated with these new trends online, for life-long learning and continuous skills enhancement of the employees of the Department of Agrarian Reform.
The e-learning courses offered by ARCDS will focus on basic topics on information technology such as the use of the google drive, slides presentations through the PowerPoint; AR courses on rural development, sustainable development, paralegal courses, and practical courses like financial literacy, time management, personal effectiveness, etc. Through these online courses one can learn new skills at one's own pace and time, whenever and wherever you want thus opening greater opportunities for self-learning and development than ever before.
In addition to studying online, the methodology will be via digital medium giving the learner a technological advantage and enabling the DAR employees equip themselves far better, for a more efficient and effective service to the public and other stakeholders of the agrarian reform program.
These courses are available 24/7 and will give the learner the flexibility to spend time with work, family, friends,and one's significant others while learning new skills online. Once a course is completed this will be added as an additional technical skill.
