news national 2 pix 2 sept. 10 2016Mariano said the department badly needs a new agrarian reform law that is pro-farmers. “My foremost objective of protecting and defending the rights of farmers are contained in this bill.”

“I am convinced that if GARB will be enacted or a “retooled” agrarian reform program will be made, the DAR has a sound and viable program for sustained rural development,” Mariano added.

The GARB is filed in the House of Representative under House Bill 555.
