Sixty (60) agrarian reform beneficiaries joined the leadership and values orientation conducted by the Department of Agrarian Reform-Negros Occidental 1 recently.
The farmer-beneficiaries from North Negros were trained to become good leaders and decision-makers during the seminar organized by the Program Beneficiaries Development Division, and held at Nature's Village Resort, Talisay City July 6-7.
The sessions included a presentation of DAR's Support Services Programs under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program with Extension and Reforms, effective communication, understanding human behavior with focus on motivation and values, effective leadership, conflict management and team building activities.
The participants were given certificates as proof of completion and of being graduates of the course-seminar.
The ongoing program is designed to educate and bring support services to ARB organizations formed and assisted by DAR-North Negros.*KBC
