In the advent of globalization, notable advances in information technology and inter-connectivity through the internet, significant strides in the diffusion, access and sharing of information and knowledge has been gaining headway. Knowledge-sharing and knowledge management is already a buzz word among business and government circles.

It is in this precept that the DAR Planning Service in relation to its "Knowledge Leader" role deemed it necessary to create a Planning Service Web Team (PS-WT) to design and upload its own webpage to scale up diffusion of data, information and knowledge relative to CARP implementation both internal and external to DAR.

This is also in line with the Secretary's 2009 Operation Directives to maximize the use of the DAR website in sharing and disseminating data, information and advocacy campaign on CARP and for the Planning Service to facilitate periodic uploading of CARP status reports, respond to public's queries, disseminate information to our field counterparts and get feedback from clients.

This website is the PS-WT's maiden endeavor ... and the team, at all times, shall pursue to improve it!!! The Team would highly appreciate if you, our valued clients and visitors, would send your comments and suggestions as to how we could further enhance our service.
