DARAB Region 1 and CAR conducts 3rd quarter assessment

WEB DARAB ASEC JIMThe Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board (DARAB) of Region I and CAR conducted its 3rd Quarter Assessment at One Vittorio Hotel, Bantay, Ilocos Sur on September 3, 2014 to ascertain whether the targeted qualification for the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) and the Performance Based Bonus (PBB) were attained.

Assistant Secretary Jim Coleto said the participants had unanimously agreed on what should comprise the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) Form of the Regional Agrarian Reform Adjudicator (RARAD) as basis for the composition of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) Form of all DARAB personnel within the Region.
