DAR completes five projects in Ilocos Norte

Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Engr. Vic M. Ines said the DAR in partnership with the Japan International Cooperating Agency (JICA) and the local government of Ilocos Norte provided an estimated amount of P20 million fund to complete the project.
