Ines said the road enhancement will benefit the Cabaroan Agrarian Reform Community (ARC) whose products need to be transported to the different parts of the province and the region.

Governor Imee Marcos led the inauguration and turn-over ceremony of the San Jose-Santo Tomas Road in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte.

Ines added that a Binakol Craft Production Building was also turned over to the San Jose Multipurpose Cooperative in Barangay San Jose, Sarrat.
