Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer Vic M. Ines said the business center is designed to help the ARCs in marketing their products.

“We aim to make the products more accessible to prospective buyers,” Ines said.

Among the products available at the business center are blankets, pillow cases, bags and purses made of “binakol”.

Binakol is a hand-woven fabric with a black and white color combination that features the kinuskos or twister design.
