The DAR service projects involve provision of credit and microfinance assistance, skills trainings, infrastructure projects such as farm-to-market roads and irrigation systems, and the most recent is the delivery of common service facilities through the ARCCESS project.

Support services are dependent on the strength of the ARCs in managing these projects to maintain their sustainability and eventually gain profit from them.
In the lead during the event were Regional Director Marjorie P. Ayson, Provincial Agrarian Reform Officers Eunomio Israel of Batanes, Eduardo Bareng of Quirino and Joselito Garcia of Nueva Vizcaya.

DARAB Assistant Secretary Jim Coleto, who was the guest of honor for the event puts forward to the beneficiaries: “The agency went through rough-and-tumble just to deliver those land titles to your hands. Don’t sell them”

LGU support

DAR’s relations with LGUs of the region proved dedicated in terms of partnership. Batanes Governor Vicente Gato was hand-in-hand with DAR officers during CLOA distribution in Basco.

Batanes Congresswoman Henedina Abad through her representative expressed strong support to both the Ivatans and the endeavors of the agency during the CLOA distribution in ARC of San Joaquin and San Antonio.
