Jun-Jun Malsi and Region 2 Director Homer Tobias leads the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR)- Civil Society Organizations (CSO) dialogue discussing the land use cases comprising of 15 landholdings in Cagayan Valley Region. 

Erro assured the farmers and leaders of  Anakpawis, Alyansa ng Magbubukid sa Cagayan (KAGIMUAN), Alyansa Dagiti Manalon nga Maag-agawan ti Daga (AMADA), Cagayan Farmers Irrigators Association (CFIA), Alyansa ng Kababaihang Magbubukid (AMIHAN) and Peasants Youth Group ((MASAKBAYAN) for the immediate resolution of their issues and concerns.
