CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING 

WEB PBD CAPACITY.1The entire officers and staff of DAR-Catanduanes PBD Division underwent a two–day training on Capacity Building, especially those newly-appointed ARPO-Is where their development facilitation skills would be honed as necessary in their new task.
 
Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer (CARPO) Lerma Dino of DARRO-5 RSSD served as the resource speaker during the activity. She was assisted by CARPO Nerisa Aldea of DAR-Catanduanes PBD Division and Agrarian Reform Program Officer Nemia P. Beo.
