PARCCOM-ARBO-LGU RESOLUTION

WEB R2 PROGRESOIn a show of collective support, the PARCCOM-Catanduanes led by Atty. Manuel A. Magistrado represented by PSR Alfredo Santillan, (3rd from left),  the agrarian reform beneficiaries organization (ARBOs) in Progreso Agrarian Reform Community (ARC), San Miguel ARC through its President, Mr. Laurente Bailon, (extreme left) and the Progreso Barangay local government unit led by Hon. Jorge Bagadiong (2nd from left), presented their resolutions to Congressman Cesar V. Sarmiento (4th from left) seeking congressional support for the re-classification of the 63-hectare CARP-covered property in Barangay Progreso from timberland into alienable and disposable area.
 
 The lot was issued a mother CLOA (certificate of land ownership award) with 129 farmer awardees and was set for survey for each beneficiaries barring constraints on timberland classification.
