Construction of two ARISPIII Road Projects

The construction of two road projects in the municipalities of Oas and Libon, Albay were finalized in the Preconstruction Conference attended by officers of DAR ARISP III Central Management Office at Polangui, Albay last July 16, 2013.

The rehabilitation of 2.564 km Marayag-Manga-Busac Road covering the municipalities of Oas and Libon and rehabilitation of 3.148 km Caguscos-Macabugos Road in Libon, Albay is under the Agrarian Reform Infrastructure Support Project (ARISP III). The total funding support for the project amounts to P 23,897,263.

Residents in the project area have expressed gratitude to the department not only for the realization of the project itself but for giving them an important role in the implementation and future operation and maintenance of the project.

Local labor forces will also be employed in the construction of the said projects to favor job generation in the area.
