CSFs at work. DAR V has already distributed 62 common service facilities (CSFs) to agrarian reform beneficiaries organizations (ARBOs) regionwide under the Agrarian Reform Communities Connectivity Economic Support Services (ARCCESS) program. Mr. Daniel Tan of DARRO V support services division reported that as of June this year, almost all of these farm machineries, which include 9OHP 4WD tractors, combined harvesters, mechanical transplanters, threshers, power tillers, corn shellers, water pumps, and hand tractors, are already functional, benefitting 14 ARBOs that are engaged in block farming.
