BATCH ONE. DAR V scholars in Master’s Degree in Public Management – Major in Rural Development (MPM-RD), namely Edcel Buendia (Albay), Maximo Magana, Jr. (Cam. Norte), Nemia Bio & Belen Bernal (Catanduanes) presented and discussed before a panel of officials from DAP (Development Academy of the Philippines) DAR, DA & DENR, their Rural Development Action Plan and Project last November 5, 2013 at the DARRO V. Together with those mentioned above, DAR Cam. Sur’s Manuel Nebreja (not in photo) belong to the first batch of MPM-RD finishers who will be graduating come February 2014 at the DAP in Tagaytay City. They are expected to boost DAR Bicol’s implementation of rural development interventions under the National Convergence Initiative (NCI). The activity was likewise attended by DAR 5 Regional Director Luis B. Bueno, Jr.
