Highway-Lanipga Farm-to-Market Road at Bula Camarines Sur with a total project cost of Php31.03 million was held on February 26, 2014. The said road access sub-project was co-funded by Asian Development Bank through DAR’s Agrarian Reform Communities Project 2 (ARCP2), NGALGU, and LGU-Bula.
