The first Agri Pinoy Trading Center in Bicol opened on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Brgy. Sto. Domingo, Vinzons, Camarines Norte, in time for the feast of San Isidro Labrador who is the patron saint of the farmers.

It was led by Department of Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala and Department of Agrarian Reform Secretary Virgilio Delos Reyes. Camarines Norte Governor Egay Tallado said that it sells products cheaper than what can be bought in other markets.
