Bohol farmers receive CLOAs

news reg 1 pix 1 march 11 2017TAGBILARAN CITY, March 10 – Sunset is hailed with smiles from agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) as they receive their Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) in the afternoon of ARB Summit in Tagbilaran City.

A total of 44 farmer-beneficiaries cheered as they receive their CLOA, covering an area of 41.2495 hectares in Jagna, Alicia, and Gatigbian.news reg 1 pix 2 march 11  2017

Agrarian reform chief Rafael “Ka Paeng” V. Mariano, together with Agrarian Reform Regional Director Alejandro S. Otacan and Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer (PARPO) Grace B. Fua, handed CLOAs to farmer-beneficiaries.

PARPO Fua says that Bohol has 97% accomplishment rate in terms of land acquisition and distribution (LAD), which means that only three percent of the 41,387 ha of agricultural land still needs to be distributed.
