The DAR in Cagayan de Oro has recently joined hands with Xavier Science Foundation (XSF) to provide business development services, market-oriented agri-technology and agri-extension services as well as progress and process monitoring for the agrarian reform beneficiaries organizations in Lanao del Norte.
The undertaking is a component of the Agrarian Reform Connectivity and Economic Support Services (ARCCESS) Project, one of the support services of the DAR for the CARP beneficiaries nationwide.
