The CNWCA is a federation with 12 people’s organizations. De los Reyes emphasized to them during his visit the relevance of the DAR’s programs and projects towards their total development.
DAR provides these organizations livelihood assistance as well as farm implements through the Agrarian Reform Community Connectivity Economic Support Services (ARCCESS) program where the CNWCA availed of common service facilities to include three units thresher, one unit flatbed dryer and 35 horsepower tractor in hope to increase their income.
CNWCA members have also undergone business development skills and technology training to acquire necessary competencies in managing and developing their own respective enterprises. (Ferdinand Villanueva, DAR 10/JCV/PIA)
