DAR Southern Mindanao welcomes new appointees

WEB R12 NATL IMG 1761The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office in South Cotabato welcomed 13 new appointees and congratulated 18 promoted personnel at the recent oath-taking ceremony held on August 13, 2015.

Regional Director Nasser M. Musali congratulated the appointees and promoted staff. “We have all been waiting for this day, and now that it is finally here, we cannot contain our happiness because we know you deserve this.”

The new appointees are Agrarian Reform Program Technologists, Survey men, Engineering Aides and Administrative Aides, while the promoted staff include Senior Agrarian Reform Program Technologists, Agrarian Reform Program Officers, Administrative and Budget Officers.

Musali expressed his hopes for the appointees to continue working with the same zeal and determination as they have always shown.

“The appointments and promotions were well-deserved and timely especially with the increased work load for the agency’s reduced workforce as a result of the rationalization plan,” Musali said.

Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer Felix C. Frias also gave his words of wisdom with his 4Ps principle: Perspiration, Perseverance, Patience and Persistence, saying “with these principles, you can achieve whatever you have set out to accomplish.” (Kathleen D. Sespeñe)
