Qualification Requirements:

  • Age limit - 45 years old and below;
  • Must have a college degree related to thefield of study or has sufficient demonstrated ability and experience along the field of study;
  • Must hold a permanent position;
  • Must have rendered at least two (2) years of government service, one !) year of which must be in DAR;
  • Must have no pending nomination/application for scholarship under another program;
  • Proficient in english (oral and written);
  • Be in good health, both physically and mentally, to undergo the training.

Recommendation letter together with the following documentary requirements must be submitted in one (1) folder per applicant to the Scholarship Secretariat on or before 16 June 2008.

  • CSC Form 212 (Revised 2005)
  • Certified copy of Service Record
  • Certified copy of Transcript of Records and Colege/Graduate Studies Diploma
  • Statement of Actual Studies and Responsilities duly certified by the immediate supervisor
  • Certification of no pending administrative / criminal case
  • List of training programs attended for at least five (5) years certified by Personnel Division
  • SPEED for the last two (2) rating periods
  • Certification of no obligation from previous training programs attended
  • Certification of no pending nomination to any scholarship (local/foriegn)
  • Consent of spouse, if applicable

The Course:

The ECNS will comprise of four module: Module 1: Introduction to National Security; Module 2: Analyzing Instruments of National Power; Module 3: Strategic Leadership and Module 4: Workshop and Integration

Qualifications and Requirements:

Nominees must be division chiefs to assistant secretaries of government agencies. Each participant is required to pay a modest fee of six thousand pesos (Php 6,000.00) to cover meals and kits for five days.

College of Management and Entrepreneurship (CME), one (1) year Distance Learning Program

Classes shall be held at the facilities provided by the sponsoring group
Lectures: 1st Consecutive Saturdays/Sundays 8:00am - 8:00 pm
Final Exam: 3rd Saturday/Sunday 8:30am - 12:00nn
Qualification  Requirements:

a. For those who have completed secondary course:
  • Form 137;
  • Certificate of the required five (5) years of government service from the personnel office where the applicant is employed;
  • Must have passed the qualifying exemination administered by the College;
  • Recommendation/character reference from the present immediate supervisor;
  • Barangay clearance; and
  • Admission interview by the College

b. For those who have reached college level:
  • Transcript of Record and honorable Dismissal;
  • Certificate of the required two (2) years of government service from the personnel office where the applicant is employed;
  • Must have passed the qualifying exemination administered by the College;
  • Recommendation/character reference from the present immediate supervisor;
  • Barangay clearance; and
  • Admission interview by the College

Financial  Requirements:
  • Tuition fees - P1,250.00 per subject assessed for each student to be paid on cash basis to the Pamantasan;
  • A development fund of P500.00 per student shall be paid to the Pamantasan every term as a trust for the college;
  • A Comprehensive Examination fee shall be collected from ech student in the amount of P500.00 one week prior to the examination schedule, and
  • Faculty Transportation Allowance of two thousand pesos (P2,000.00) for each faculty member at the close of the last day of classes.
