PAROs PROFILE

Atty. Glenn C. Sabijon was born in Tudela, Misamis Occidental on September 7, 1970. He took up his elementary days in  Tudela Central and at San Isidro Academy his secondary schooling. He graduated from Cebu Doctor's College in 1991 with a degree in B.S. Biology. He took law in Misamis University and graduated in 1996. He is also a graduate of Master in  Public Administration at Medina College. He took the BAR in 2002 and passed it.

He is happily married to the former Shirley Adecir Yamaro, also a DAR employee and blessed with two healthy sons namely Glenn Ian and Glenn Kenneth.

PARO Sabijon entered the government service as Paralegal Officer  in 1998. In 2001, during the administration of then DAR Sec. Horacio Morales he was appointed as PARO I.

When he assumes the office of the PARO II late in 2005, he was able to surpassed the year's target with flying colors. For the next 3 years he was able to show his expertise in management and strategy. DAR Zamboanga del Sur consistently exceeded the annual target and performed as one of the top DAR provincial office nationwide.
Not only he was a hardworking and dedicated official but he sees to it  that the rank and file employees of DAR Zamboanga del Sur will be encouraged and highly motivated in their assigned task.  He ensures that all the mandated benefits will be received by the employees despite limited resources.

He has shown his mettle in leading the province to a greater heights for the past 4 years and his innovation and exceptional leadership qualities will surely put DARPO Zamboanga del Sur to another resounding success in CARPER implementation for the years to come.
