BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya (PIA) - -Thirty-six agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in dupax del Norte have received their certificates of land ownership award (Cloas) for a total of 45.275 hectare land from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR).
Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer (PARPO) Engr. Rustico Turingan said the CLOAs were given to 36 villagers who are members of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organization (ARBOs).
“It was a good start and blessing for the new year among ARBs since these CLOAs were given last December 31,” he said.
The CLOAs were awarded through the agency’s “Serbisyong DAR-to-DOOR”, a program anchored to the agency's aim to provide lands to landless farmers and farmworkers, guarantee land security, deliver social equity, and provide them with the necessary productive and emergency resources to ensure economic viability and productivity.
Turingan said the CLOAs were personally delivered by DAR workers to the recipients.(MDCT/BME/PIA Nueva Vizcaya)
