Balut Island, Sarangani – Davao Occidental Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer Sonny Lomongo (3nd from left) awards a land title to a Muslim woman during a distribution rites held in the municipal hall of Sarangani. The woman is one of the 47 farmer-beneficiaries of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP), who received certificates of land ownership award (CLOAs) covering a total of 37.5 hectares of agricultural lands located in barangays Mabila and Camahual.
