Turn-over of DAR Leadership in Region I

RD Homer P. Tobias, CESO III is back for the third time as Regional Director of Region 1 while RD Leandro A. Caymo, CESO III is assigned as Special Assistant to the Secretary.  The official turn-over of responsibilities was conducted at the DAR Regional Office 1 on January 13, 2020 attended by the all the staff of the Regional office, the PARPOs of the four Provincial Offices and their respective Division Chiefs including the Regional and Provincial Adjudication Board.

It was a day of gratitude to RD Caymo for the short time of managing the region and a wish for his meaningful and enjoyable retirement while on the part of RD Tobias, it was a day of marching orders to “buckle down to work.”
