Legal Division of DARPO Cagayan Continues to Empower the Front-liners

Reaping the positive feedback from DAR Central Office during the 2019 1st Semester Summative Assessment wherein DARPO-Cagayan was recognized as the No. 1 performer nationwide in terms of ARBDSP across all indicators and No. 8 in CLOA Registration, men and women of DARPO-Cagayan are being encouraged to work even harder and continually achieve excellence in delivering support services to reach a greater number of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries in Cagayan.

Through the initiative of the young and active Chief Legal Division Atty. Arjay C. Manauis in support of DARPO-Cagayan Management, the Legal Division conducted a 2-day “Cascading of New DAR Laws and Policies cum Workshop” to continue empower, educate and engage the front-liners of DARPO to sustain their efforts in implementing CARP effectively and efficiently in the province.

          AO No.2 S. 2018: Omnibus Summary Rules for Cancellation Cases of Emancipation Patents, Certificates of Land Ownership Awards and other Titles

          AO No.1 S. 2019: Streamlining the Processing of Applications for Land Use Conversion under AO No.1 S.2002

          AO No.6 S. 2019: Creation of Collegial Body on Land Use Conversion and Exemption/Exclusion from CARP Coverage

          EO No. 75: Directing all Departments, Bureaus, Offices, and Instrumentalities of the Government to Identify Lands Owned by the Government Devoted to or Suitable for Agriculture for Distribution to Qualified Beneficiaries IRR of EO 75

          AO No.2 S. 2019: Guidelines and Procedures on the Parcelization of Landholdings with Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award
