SPLIT Special Meeting

The Department of Agrarian Reform Region I being one of the pilot regions for the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) has started to plan for the implementation.  A special meeting was called by the DARRO that was facilitated by the CARPO of  Field Operations Division, Nanetted C. Madriaga with the FOD staff and the LTS representative of the four (4) provincial offices of the region.  Each of the province has 1,000 hectares each to work on with a total 4,000 hectares for the region.  The action plan for the year was formulated with Administrative Order No. 01, Series 2019  on the Guideliens and Procedures on the Parcelization of Landholdings with Collective Certificates of Land Ownership as reference for the activities to be done, the responsible persons and the corresponding budget.  It entails a lot of work but considering the commitment and sincerity of the personnel and officials of the region on Comprehensive  Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) implementation and for SPLIT we have a good start.
