The activity is a component of the Retooled Community Service Program primarily conducted to respond  to the basic social needs and services of our farmers, stakeholders and Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.

Participants from the different barangay household communities of Ammoweg, Dulli and Camdang, Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries including rebel returnees of Dupax del Norte were the subjects of the Serbisyo Caravan. These remote barangay communities are considered underserved and underprivileged.  The Caravan aims to provide updates to the people in the far flung communities especially rebel returnees who wish to be part of the government again.

Sampaga reiterated Governor Carlos Padilla’s mandate of bringing various services of the government closer to the villagers.  According to him, the Governor wants to build a strong partnership with various stakeholders, national government agencies, local government units and the community through the delivery of much-needed basic social services.
