DAR Regional Office I is ISO 9001:2015 Certified

In a simple yet meaningful ceremony on February 3, 2020, after the monthly Holy mass at the Regional office, the Certificate was handed to the DARRO Division Chiefs with all the DARRO employees. The certification was issued on December 23, 2019 after we successfully passed the 1^st and 2^nd stages of external audit conducted by SOCOTEC Certification International. Its Operations Director Gilmore Rivera personally handed the certificate and challenged everyone to sustain the implementation of Quality Management System in the office. It calls for continual improvement.  Definitely, sustaining it is harder considering the tendency to go back to the old ways of doing things.  However, with the commitment of all officials and employees, we again work for the 1^st year of surveillance and so on and so forth.
