Engr. Eunomio P. Israel heads DARPO Isabela,a High LAD Province

 One of the highlights during the Regional Preparation of the  CY 2021 Indicative Plans and Budget is the turn-over of key of responsibilities by OIC-PARPO II- Isabela I Blessie S. Taguibao to OIC-PARPO II Eunomio P. Israel for the entire Province of Isabela on February 26, 2020 in Santiago City.

 

Pursuant to Department Special Order No. 115, Series of 2020 dated 19 February 2020, Engr. Blessie S. Taguibao was designated as OIC-ARDO, Engr. Eunomio P. Israel as OIC- PARPO II, Engr. Rustico R. Turingan as OIC-PARPO I( LSTPS, AJDP, STO Sectors and Prov’l Optool Administrator) while Lucille M. Busog as OIC- PARPO I (ARBDSP). 

 

The ever-dynamic OIC-PARPO II Israel said in his acceptance message that Isabela  is led by a couple of engineers and lawyers and is confident that their targets for this year will be met.  He ended his message by sharing about 3 things  - inspiration, influence and impact.

 

Outgoing indefatigable OIC-PARPO II Taguibao in her speech mentioned the numerous accomplishments during her short stint in Isabela.  Other targets are now passed on to the new OIC-PARPO II.  Towards the end of her speech, she was emotional as she will be missing Isabela. 

 

RARAD Raul Tobias administered the Oath of Office and witnessed by the Key Officials and employees of Region 02.
