Another Turn-Over of Leadership in Region 1 for the Year 2020

DAR Region 1 opened the year 2020 with a Turn-Over of Responsibilities as Regional Director and it is closing the year 2020 with another Turn-Over of Responsibilities as Regional Director.  It is both a happy and memorable event for us in Region 1 as welcome RD Primo C. Lara as the new Regional Director and as we say ‘Thank You’ to RD Homer P. Tobias, CESO III for being our Regional Director for three times.

 For the year, the region has excelled in the implementation of the three (3) programs of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).  Amidst the challenges in CARP implementation especially the pandemic brought by Covid 19, the officials and employees in the regional and four (4) provincial offices worked under the new normal condition with the same commitment for the benefit of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs).  Region 1 looks for the year 2021 with hope and continuous commitment for CARP and the ARBs.
