Buhay sa Gulay in Tangid, Laoag City

“BUHAY SA GULAY” IN TANGID, LAOAG CITY Officers and members of the Tangid Farmers Association disclosed that their recent harvest in the “Buhay sa Gulay” project in Tangid, Laoag city yielded a gross sales of P30,000.00. Among the vegetables sold were eggplants, string beans, okra and squash.  Their next planting season will be in the months of September and October.  The “Buhay sa Gulay” in Tangid is a project of the Department of Agrarian Reform – Ilocos  Norte, in cooperation with the Tangid Farmers Association and The Laoag City Government.  (Photo Credit:  ARPO II Reynalda Quiamas)
