On Tuesday, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Region I, Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region I, and Umingan Local Government Unit (LGU) meet in Brgy. Carayungan Sur, Umingan to catch up on the latest developments in the BALAI Housing Community in a field inspection. Several steel frames are being erected in the site in preparation for the construction of the duplex-type, modern homes this quarter.
The three organizations, represented by DAR Ilocos Region Director Primo C. Lara, DHSUD Ilocos Region Director Atty. Raymundo A. Foronda, along with Atty. Vie Mugas and Umingan Municipal Engineer Engr. Ysmael Costales, committed to make the first BALAI Housing Program in Pangasinan a historical one. (zarena ann amado) ###
