THERE IS NO STOPPING US! DARRO VI IS NOW PRIME HRM BRONZE AWARDEE
“Nagtulung-tulong at sama-sama.” These words are the highlighted secret ingredients for getting the PRIME-HRM Bronze Award according to Regional Director, Atty. Sheila B. Enciso during her acceptance message on the PRIME-HRM Awarding Ceremony on February 3, 2023 at DAR Regional Office VI, Jaro, Iloilo City.
The concerted efforts of DAR Region VI workforce paved the way for the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to give the Bronze Award for Excellent Human Resource Management to DAR Regional Office VI (DARRO VI) – another milestone unlocked after the ISO 9001:2015 certification last year. Assistant Regional Director Gideon A. Umadhay, Jr. in his welcome message emphasized that the office will soon embark in complying the next level of maturity indicators in order for the organization to achieve the Level III Silver Award. Representing the CSC, Mr. Ramon P. Refugio, Jr. (Senior Human Resource Specialist, CSC-FO Iloilo) gave a walkthrough about PRIME-HRM Bronze Award and its Privileges. Moreover, Director John Esar T. David (Director II, CSC-FO Iloilo) conferred the award after conveying his congratulatory remarks to the men and women behind the achievement.
Regional Agrarian Reform Adjudicator, Atty. Jose Maria C. Combatir also expressed his joy and recognition for the award as he manifested his all-out support to the endeavor. Assistant Regional Director Lucrecia S. Taberna for her part, gave timely pointers for everyone to gain focus in striving to become better public servants.
In the end, DARRO VI has proven that genuine unity in the office creates a clearer path towards quality public service. In its quest for the PRIME-HRM Bronze Award, it revolutionized its Human Resource core processes in empowering the organization and its people in meeting the demands of its clientele. Onward, DARRO VI will continue unhampered in its tradition of excellence in agrarian reform implementation – undauntingly facing every challenges that will only contribute to the passion and dedication of every agrarian implementer in Western Visayas.
