DAR Region III Commended for Highest Performance Rating
Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. The Department of Agrarian Reform Central Office recently commended DAR Central Luzon under the leadership of James Arsenio Ponce, CESO III, and Assistant Regional Director Atty. Odgie Cayabyab for exemplary and excellent performance during the CY 2022 National Formative Assessment and CY 2023 Direction Setting Conference held here.
The annual assembly of all DAR third level officials was successfully staged face-to-face since 2020 with Region III as host.
“I would like to congratulate DAR Central Luzon for coming up with a well-coordinated and well-planned national assessment”, Secretary Conrado Estrella III said.
The host region received the plaques of recognition from Undersecretary Atty. Kazel Celeste of the Field Operations Office for the following awards:

Undersecretary for Support Services Office Atty. Milagros Isabel Cristobal likewise handed out a Certificate of Recognition for Region III for the highest weighted performance for the 2nd consecutive year in all indicators of the four (4) major Program Activities Projects of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Development & Sustainability Program for CY 2022.
Director Ponce, for his part, expressed his sincerest gratitude to the men and women of DAR Central Luzon for the remarkable and unprecedented feat and looks forward for another banner year this year. (albertsapnu, RIO)
