Engr. Ines took his oath as Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II (PARPO II) for DARPO Ilocos Norte and concurrent PARPO II for DARPO Ilocos Sur before Regional Director Maria Ana Francisco on Monday in San Juan, La Union.
Engr. Vic M. Ines vowed to continuously work toward achieving a more aggressive implementation of agrarian reform in the Ilocos Region.
