The Civil Service Commission (CSC) awarded the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) a Plaque of Recognition for ranking among the top three government agencies with the highest resolution and compliance ratings for referred feedback from January to December 2023.

The award was presented during the virtual Partner Recognition Program on September 27, 2024, as part of the 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, which was broadcast on CSC’s official Facebook page and YouTube channel.

DAR achieved a 100% resolution and compliance rate for all Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) tickets referred to the department, promptly resolving each one within the prescribed 72-hour period.

Clientele Relations Service (CRS) Director Atty. Jazon E. Collado noted that the DAR implemented measures in 2023 to improve complaint resolution and ensure compliance with service standards.

These initiatives included a centralized complaint center, an automated tracking system, digital transformation projects, and staff training.

Collado emphasized that the leadership of Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III played a key role in driving improvements in service delivery, focusing on public access and responsiveness.

Under the Secretary’s directions, the department has made significant efforts to bring government services closer to the people—his vision inspired the systematic evaluation of DAR’s operations, further improving its services and making the government more accessible to the public.

The DAR remains focused on continuously improving its services to serve agrarian reform beneficiaries and the broader public better.
