76 farmer-beneficiaries gladly receive CLOAs from DARPO Nueva Vizcaya

CARPO Olive Dumaoal and MARPOs Cesar Cortez and Cesar Bautista personally deliver CLOA title to ARB's doorsteps.

The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Nueva Vizcaya (DARPO-Nueva Vizcaya) has made yet another significant achievement in terms of land acquisition and distribution (LAD) in the municipalities of Kasibu and Dupax del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya.

On May 6, Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer (CARPO) Olive Dumaoal, Officer-in-Charge Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officers (OIC-MARPOs) Cesar Cortez and Cesar Bautista and Agrarian Reform Program Technologist Felicitas Grapiza personally handed over Certificates of Landownership Award (CLOAs) to 76  agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) who are actual tillers of 132.5841-hectare of agricultural lands in the said municipalities.

The inaccessibility and mountainous terrain of the areas made it difficult for the team to reach the houses of farmer-beneficiaries. However, due to their perseverance and determination, they were able to deliver the CLOAs to ARBs' doorsteps.

Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Dindi Tan, stated that freeing farmers from the bondage of soil is President Rodrigo R. Duterte and Secretary John R. Castriciones' top priority.

According to PARPO II Tan, the Serbisyong "DAR to DOOR" CLOA distribution will continue until all other CARP beneficiaries in the province have received their individual land titles.
