Ponio said that this is the first joint activity between the two government agencies and it was off to a good start.

Atty. Richard R. Laus, SEC-TEO Director said the SEC will establish and strengthen effective linkages with various government and non-government agencies, business organizations, local government units, the academe, and other stakeholders. This, he said is aimed at establishing, sustaining, and strengthening SEC’s presence, especially in the grassroots level to promote sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

Anna Marie R. Guillermo, DAR chief agrarian reform program officer, expressed her satisfaction with the efficient conduct of the activity.

Immediately after the signing, the training on the Compliance of SEC Reportorial and Credit Investment Requirements started attended by members of the ten (10) newly formed ARBOs.
