President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. distributed 4,663 Certificates of Condonation and Release of Mortgage (COCROMs) covering 4,132.1258 hectares to 3,500 agrarian reform beneficiaries during a ceremony at the Eduardo Cojuangco Gymnasium in Paniqui, Tarlac.
