Recognition of DAR Camarines Norte field MARPOs for their outstanding performance during the Luzon Batch Competency Development and Advancement program at the Sequoia Hotel, Quezon City.

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Camarines Norte has been recognized for its outstanding performance during the Luzon batch Competency Development and Advancement Program for Municipal Agrarian Reform Provincial Officers (MARPOs) and Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officers (CARPOs).

Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Odessa A. Cabezudo expressed pride in the team’s accomplishments, which reflect their dedication and hard work.

“This recognition motivates us to continue striving for excellence in delivering agrarian reform programs for the benefit of our agrarian reform beneficiaries,” she said.

Cabezudo highlighted that DAR Camarines Norte achieved a 100% field validation accomplishment, surpassing the global target of 500 hectares within the set timeframe.

“Each DAR Municipal Office (DARMO) played a crucial role in this achievement, two (2) DARMOs were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the successful implementation of the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) project initiative, namely the DAR Municipal Office of BASUD, led by MARPO Lauro A. Ella, and DARMO Paracale, led by MARPO Lota I. Magana.

DARMO Sta. Elena, under the leadership of Fortunato O. Laborte, was honored with the following awards, 1st rank in top performing Municipal Offices in Luzon for achieving a 738% accomplishment in distributed but not yet documented (DNYD) for CY 2024 and 4th rank for completing 24 hectares in DNYD for CY 2024.

She said DARMO Jose Panganiban/ Paracale, led by MARPO Lota I. Magana, earned 2nd rank in top performing municipal offices in Luzon for achieving a 387 accomplishment in DNYD for CY 2024.

Cabezudo said the awards were made possible through the dedicated efforts of the Field Validation Teams, along with the contributions of the SPLIT Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) staff, the Land Tenure Improvement Division (LTID), Support to Operations Division (STOD), and the Legal Division.

The Luzon batch Competency Development and Advancement Program served as a platform to enhance leadership skills and strengthen the implementation of agrarian reform initiatives nationwide.

Kinilala ang Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Camarines Norte sa namumukod-tanging pagganap nito ng tungkulin na katatapos na Luzon batch Competency Development and Advancement Program para sa Municipal Agrarian Reform Provincial Officers (MARPOs) at Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officers (CARPOs).

Ipinahayag ni Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Odessa A. Cabezudo ang pagmamalaki sa mga nagawa ng grupo, na nagpapakita ng kanilang dedikasyon at pagsusumikap.

“Ang pagkilalang ito ay nag-uudyok sa amin na patuloy na magsikap para sa kahusayan sa paghahatid ng mga programa sa repormang agraryo para sa kapakinabangan ng ating mga benepisyaryo ng repormang agraryo,” aniya.

Binigyang-diin ni Cabezudo na nakamit ng DAR Camarines Norte ang 100% field validation accomplishment, na nalampasan ang pandaigdigang target na 500 ektarya sa loob ng itinakdang panahon.

“Ang bawat DAR Municipal Office (DARMO) ay gumanap ng mahalagang papel sa tagumpay na ito, dalawang (2) DARMO ang kinilala para sa kanilang natatanging kontribusyon sa matagumpay na pagpapatupad ng proyektong Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT), katulad ng DAR Municipal Office of BASUD, sa pangunguna ni MARPO Lauro A. Ella, at DARMO Paracale, sa pangunguna ni MARPO Lota I. Magana.

Ang DARMO Sta. Si Elena, sa pamumuno ni Fortunato O. Laborte, ay pinagkalooban ng mga sumusunod na parangal, 1st rank sa top performing Municipal Offices sa Luzon para sa pagkamit ng 738% accomplishment sa distributed but not yet documented (DNYD) para sa CY 2024 at 4th rank sa top performing municipal offices sa Luzon para sa pagkumpleto ng 24 na ektarya sa DNYD para sa CY 2024.

Sinabi niya na ang DARMO Jose Panganiban/Paracale, sa pangunguna ni MARPO Lota I. Magana, ay nakakuha ng 2nd rank sa top performing municipal offices sa Luzon para sa pagkamit ng 387 accomplishment sa DNYD para sa CY 2024.

Ayon kay Cabezudo, ang mga parangal ay naging posible sa pamamagitan ng dedikadong pagsisikap ng Field Validation Teams, kasama ang mga kontribusyon ng SPLIT Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) staff, Land Tenure Improvement Division (LTID), Support to Operations Division (STOD), and the Legal Division.

Ang Luzon batch Competency Development and Advancement Program ay nagsilbing plataporma para sa pagpapahusay ng mga kasanayan sa pamumuno at pagpapalakas ng pagpapatupad ng mga hakbangin sa repormang agraryo sa buong bansa.
