The DAR and DTI’s “Negosyo Agraryo Eskwela: Modular Marketing Training” equips Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) with key marketing skills to help boost their product sales and build strong, sustainable agribusinesses.

Held at the DTI Regional Office XII in Koronadal City, the program trained 40 ARBs from various ARBOs in the province on marketing fundamentals, research and analysis, branding and sales. The goal is to enhance their ability to promote and sell their products, to improve market access, and to develop sustainable agribusiness ventures.

“Empowering our ARBs with the right marketing skills is crucial to their success,” said DAR Regional Director Mariannie Lauban-Baunto.

“Through this partnership with DTI, we are helping our ARBs to effectively market their products, increase their sales, and build sustainable agribusiness enterprises,” she added.

By providing ARBs with the necessary skills and knowledge, the DAR and DTI are working together to empower them to take their businesses to the next level.

The initiative reflects the government’s strong commitment to supporting the agricultural sector and promoting rural development. As the program progresses, it is expected to have a significant impact on the lives of ARBs and their communities, enabling them to improve their livelihoods and contribute to the country’s economic growth.
