The Bicolano Cowboys and Cowgirls (son mujeres hermosas y hombres guapos)

When life and work get so hectic, working without a break for months has a negative impact on productivity. This is why, during the Department's 4-day National Assessment at Clark Freeport, Pampanga, DAR Bicol executives dressed in ‘Wild Wild West’ outfits, joined other delegations from different regions and provinces for a short break and social gathering to unplug from their demanding work schedules, at least for a little while.
Taking breaks keeps our leaders energized and motivated, boosting their productivity and performance results, as evidenced by the high level annual accomplishments posted by the region in land acquisition and distribution, legal assistance, support services, and administrative and financial management.
